Planning Commission


The Town of Gordonsville Planning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to Town Council in the matters of land development, planning and zoning. Specifically, they prepare and recommend for Council's consideration land-use ordinances, the capital improvements plan and the comprehensive plan. Additionally, the Commission reviews and makes recommendations to Town Council with regard to requests for the rezoning of property and the issuance of conditional use permits.
